Purchases made on the MG ecommerce site (www.MGgolftowels.com) may be returned by the customer for any reason within 30 days of the shipment if un-washed, and in unused new condition with all original components and tags still intact. All such returns must be accompanied by a valid return authorization that has been issued within 30 days from the date the product is received by MG. Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment. To request a return authorization, send email to Sales@MGgolftowels.com and include the order number and the reason for your return.

We process orders within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Note that orders placed during promotional sales may take up to 3 business days to process. Successfully placed orders will receive an e-mail confirmation with your order details.
