Returns

Purchases made on the MG ecommerce site (www.MGgolftowels.com) may be returned by the customer for any reason within 30 days of the shipment if un-washed, and in unused new condition with all original components and tags still intact. All such returns must be accompanied by a valid return authorization that has been issued within 30 days from the date the product is received by MG. Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment. To request a return authorization, send email to Sales@MGgolftowels.com and include the order number and the reason for your return.

Billing:

Payment: We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover credit Cards.

Sales Tax: Please note that all orders placed in California will have an 8% sales tax added to the total. This will take place at checkout to reflect your total cost.

Errors at Checkout: Please make sure that the billing address entered on our secure site matches that of the billing address on your credit card statement. If the addresses differ, your order may not be successfully processed.

Shipping/Order status

We process orders within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Note that orders placed during promotional sales may take up to 3 business days to process. Successfully placed orders will receive an e-mail confirmation with your order details. If for some reason you do not receive an e-mail please check you spam filter or contact us for confirmation that your order has been received.
